Can an Order Be Modified?

Byrna is unable to edit orders once they have been placed.

Can an Order Be Canceled?

If an order has not yet shipped, Byrna can cancel it. Once the cancellation is complete, a new order can be placed with the correct items or requested changes.

What If the Order Has Already Shipped?

If an order has already shipped, Byrna is unable to cancel it.

However, the order can be returned once it arrives. To start a return, please visit the following link and complete the form to receive a return shipping label:

Note: Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or refund. Any items that have been used are not eligible for return or refund.

Once Byrna receives the returned items, a refund will be processed (10% restocking fee may apply.)
